These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you (the user) and the entity operating the to99 platform and all its services. By using the to99 website and mobile version, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.

All financial transactions on to99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We currently support only the following payment methods:

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100.
• Your identity verification must be completed before depositing funds into your account.
• You may only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing using third-party funds is strictly prohibited, and such transactions may be flagged as suspicious and the account investigated.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

• All applicable wagering requirements must be met before submitting a withdrawal request.
• to99 may request additional verification for unusual or suspicious withdrawals.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% welcome bonus applies to first-time deposits on to99, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or deposit ৳12,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — applied to the bonus amount only, not to the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

• Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn before wagering is complete.
• Wagering must be completed within a specified time limit — the time limit will be stated in the bonus details applicable to your account.
• If wagering is not completed within the time limit, the bonus and any bonus winnings accumulated up to that point will be forfeited.

5.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used on games approved on to99.
• Misuse of bonuses, such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or placing artificial bets for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements, is strictly prohibited.
• to99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion or offer at any time.
• Each user may use a specific offer only once.

to99's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

6.1 VIP Benefits Terms

• VIP tier is determined by your overall activity on the platform — higher activity leads to a higher tier.
• Cashback will be applied each week according to the specified details.
• If VIP benefits are misused, to99 may withdraw the benefits or suspend the account.
• to99 reserves the right to change the VIP program structure at any time.

7.1 Fair Play Policy

to99 is committed to maintaining a safe and fair gaming environment. All games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures every outcome is completely independent and impartial. to99 does not interfere with game outcomes and no specific user is given an advantage or disadvantage.

7.2 Technical Issues

If a technical error or disconnection occurs during a game, to99 will determine the outcome of that game based on saved data. to99 reserves the right to void unexpected winnings caused by a technical error. In such situations, deposited funds will be returned.

7.3 Sports Betting

to99's sports betting section offers the opportunity to bet on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. All decisions related to betting are final and binding as determined by to99. Bets on cancelled or abandoned matches will be settled in accordance with to99's own policies.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the to99 platform. Violation of these prohibitions will result in the immediate closure of the account, and the relevant authorities may be notified:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Colluding with others to exploit the bonus or promotion system (bonus abuse / collusion).
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Using hacking, malware, or automated software.
• Applying any fraudulent technique to influence game outcomes.
• Harassing other users or disrupting the fair environment of the platform.
• Conducting transactions using third-party payment methods.

If any clause of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect.
